My passion for fitness started 6 years ago. I grew up in a family that didn’t have the best eating habits and was overweight for most of my life. I understand how hard it can be to start from scratch without proper guidance. I first started working out in my garage because I was scared of the gym. I didn’t know what to do, so I just followed the INSANITY routine for 6 months. I lost so much weight, but my skin looked really flabby. That’s when I started strength training.
Now, I’m a certified personal trainer and have been in the fitness industry for a number of years. I help my clients achieve the body and confidence they deserve. Having a dedicated coach and program teaches you to train your body properly and effectively and teaches you how to achieve long term results.
I had my ups and downs during my 6 year journey. I strongly believe you have to hustle to see the results. I want to see my clients succeed in every aspect of their lives. This teaches you the mental and physical resilience to succeed. Fitness is not a short term result, it's a long term lifestyle.
